Overview
Narratize connects seamlessly with your existing technology ecosystem, activating the knowledge already embedded across your tools. Pull knowledge from connected platforms directly into your Product Knowledge Hub. Publish AI-generated documents back into the tools your stakeholders already use.
Narratize doesn't replace your tools. It makes the knowledge inside them intelligent.
Current Integrations
Google Workspace
Pull Docs, Sheets, and Slides directly into your Product Knowledge Hub as knowledge sources. Publish AI-generated content back out as Google Docs or Slides. The integration is bidirectional, so your knowledge flows both ways.
SharePoint
Connect your Microsoft SharePoint document libraries and pull existing files directly into your Product Knowledge Hubs. Teams managing large document libraries in SharePoint can surface that knowledge inside Narratize without manual re-uploading.
Jira / Confluence
Sync product knowledge with engineering workflows, sprints, and technical documentation. Keep your Narratize knowledge hub aligned with what's happening in your development pipeline.
PLM Systems (Coming Soon)
Connect Windchill, Teamcenter, or Propel to bridge engineering data with product intelligence. PLM integration closes the gap between product lifecycle data and the strategic knowledge your team is building in Narratize.
Export and Publish
Download any generated document as a Word file, PowerPoint, or PDF. Publish directly to Google Slides. An API is available for custom workflows and enterprise publishing pipelines.
Enterprise Security
SSO is supported via Okta, Google, Microsoft Entra ID, Auth0, and SAML 2.0. Role-based access controls operate at the hub level. Narratize inherits permission structures from your connected identity providers, so your existing access policies carry over automatically.
Also Exploring
Narratize's integration roadmap is driven by customer feedback. Platforms currently under evaluation include Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, SAP, and Veeva. If you need a specific integration, tell your Customer Success Manager and it will be prioritized based on demand.
