Getting Started

Access Your Write Workflow

  1. Navigate to Your Hub - Select the Hub where you'll create your content

    • Quick tip: Star your frequently-used Hubs for instant access

  2. Select Write from the center stage options to access:

    • Narratize's comprehensive template library

    • Your organization's custom templates (if configured)

  3. Choose Your Document Type - Browse or search our extensive template collection, from technical documentation to executive presentations

Create Your Draft

Leverage AI-Powered Content Generation

Narratize's AI assistant transforms your inputs into structured, professional content:

  1. Provide Context - Answer guided questions to shape your document

  2. Accelerate with "Answer for Me" - This powerful feature:

    • Scans your entire Hub knowledge base as context

    • Automatically surfaces relevant insights from your selected documents or the entire hub's knowledge - your choice

    • Pre-populates responses you can refine

    • Note: Processing typically takes 60 seconds

  3. Generate Your Draft - Select "Next" to instantly create your AI-powered draft

Polish Your Content

Professional Editing Tools

Fine-tune your draft with our intuitive editing interface:

  • Apply formatting with built-in tools

  • Remove or restructure content as needed

  • Verify accuracy with the Knowledge Panel to review all referenced sources

Publish to Your Hub

  1. Save to Hub - One click adds your content to your organization's knowledge base
