Who is the admin for our organization?

Your Narratize admin is typically the person who manages your organization's platform setup, often an IT lead, product operations manager, or your internal Narratize champion. If you're unsure, contact your Customer Success Manager.

I don't see Personas in the Styler. What do I do?

Personas need to be configured by your org admin before they appear in the Document Styler. Reach out to your Narratize lead to get them created.

Can individual users configure their own settings?

Some preferences can be adjusted at the user level, but most configuration, including permissions, personas, metadata, and hub structure, is controlled by your admin. Contact your admin to request changes.

What's the difference between admin-configured and Narratize-configured settings?

Admin-configured settings are managed directly by someone inside your organization with admin access. Narratize-configured settings require coordination with the Narratize team and are typically set up during onboarding or as part of a custom implementation. Contact your Customer Success Manager to request changes to Narratize-managed configurations.

When will hub-level and group-level configuration be available?
